OrdersPlease use this web site to place your order. For questions
about placing an order call us at 925-256-8410. Our office hours are 10am
to 6pm PST, Monday - Friday. Inviting Ways Online ships to U.S.
addresses only.
Once an order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. If you
have not received your confirmation email, your email address may have been
entered incorrectly. Please contact us to confirm your order.
Once the order is placed online, your credit card goes through an authorization process, and and in most cases, will not be charged until the order ships from our facility. Once your order ships, you'll be charged the full amount. We reserve the right to charge a deposit on your order at anytime, before or after work on your order begins. Order
submission authorizes us to charge your card before any work begins on your
order.
Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the Inviting Ways
Online website. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, it
will be processed the next business day.
Free Proof: We offer one free proof of your order set up in
the typestyle you have chosen. By default, your proof will be emailed to you at the address you provide when checking out. Your proof will go out within two business days of
our receipt of your order. (A proof will go out on Monday or Tuesday for orders
received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.) Remember that the delivery time begins
the day you approve your proof, not the day we receive your order. If you are
in a huge hurry, you might want to forego the proof or consider our Rush Fee.
Additional proofs after the first one are $5.00 each.
Review Your Order Carefully:Please review your order carefully before you
submit it. If you have any questions about how to enter an order please call or
email us before you place the order.
Include All Text to Appear: You must include ALL text you want to appear
including punctuation, headings and so forth. If there is any information that
will automatically appear on your product we will note that in the product
description.
Requesting Order Changes: We are only able to change or stop an order which we
have not put into production. Once an order is in production, changes or
cancellations cannot be accommodated. You will be charged for the original
order as it was submitted to us so please check your order carefully prior to
submitting it.
Duplicate Orders: All orders placed online are the customer's
responsibility. We recommend that our customers never enter an order twice
under any circumstances. If you are not sure if an order was submitted, please
contact us. It may take several hours for us to be able to confirm whether a
job is in our system.
Item Out Of Stock: Once you place an order, you will receive
an automatic order confirmation via e-mail, but this is not a confirmation of available stock. Should the item you request be
temporarily out of stock, we will e-mail you before processing your order and
ask you how you want to proceed.
Damaged Goods: If upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should
be, please notify us by phone or email. Any damage must be reported within
fourteen (14) days of delivery. No replacements, allowances or credits will be
given after this period. You must retain the original packaging to show proof
of damage. We will schedule the inspection with the delivery carrier.
Reprints: If an order was produced incorrectly by us, you will be given
priority print time and shipping. We will gladly reprint and ship it at no cost
to you. If there is a problem on your part such as, incorrect spelling of a
name, an event date change or you did not order enough invitations, special
considerations are made and we will offer a discount on the printing charges. Shipping
charges are still your responsibility
Payment Options and Billing
We accept MasterCard, Visa, PayPal & Google Checkout. Sorry, but we cannot accept personal checks, cash, or ship C.O.D.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and will be billed in U.S. dollars according to
the credit card company policy. We reserve the right to request additional
identification from you. If this is necessary, we will contact you by phone or
e-mail. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested
information we need by fax or e-mail.
Our company is located in California.
All California residents are
subject to a 8.25% state sales tax on all orders. All other US
locations are exempt.
We reserve the right to change or update our pricing at anytime.
We offer shipping via UPS based on weight on orders within the U.S.
Disclaimers
By placing an order with Inviting Ways Online, you accept
that we may label the reverse side any item printed by us in any manner we
choose, stating that it was printed by Inviting Ways Online or any of our
divisions. By placing an order with Inviting Ways Online, you accept that paper
manufacturers may label any item we show on our website in any manner they
choose.
All items shown on our site are used with the permission of the manufacturers
and may not be downloaded, copied or otherwise reproduced by any means.
All verses shown on this site are copyrighted by Inviting Ways Online. Unless
printed on announcements or invitations we have supplied, any and all sayings
and verses on our site may not be used without written permission from Inviting
Ways Online.
Inviting Ways Online does not guarantee the availability of any paper stock due
to discontinuation or back-orders. We reserve the right to change prices at any
time.
